In `data/cards.csv` A4b lists each ♢/♢♢/♢♢♢ card twice (e.g. 001 Bulbasaur and 002 Bulbasaur): the standard print and the parallel-foil print. Per the in-game offering rates (Bulbapedia, https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Deluxe_Pack:ex(TCG_Pocket)) the two prints are not interchangeable:
The probability model assumes every card of a rarity is equally likely in every slot of that rarity, so for A4b it uses owned/128 commons where the game uses owned/64 standard (slot 1) and owned/64 foil (slot 3). The G3 table added in #1 uses the per-rarity slot totals, which is the right aggregate but still spreads them over the wrong pool per slot.
To model this exactly the tracker would need a per-card print/variant flag (or a sub-rarity such as `common_foil`) and per-variant slot probabilities. Only affects A4b; G1/G2/G4 sets do not have parallel prints.
